Partial demerger of Done Logistics

The Boards of Revenio Group Corporation and Done Logistics Oy have decided on the partial demerger of Done Logistics, whereby its Software profit center will be hived off to form a separate company, from 30 April, 2010.

The operations of the Logistics Software unit have been transferred to the newly established company, Done Software Solutions Oy. Logistics Systems' operations will remain within the current Done Logistics Oy.

Wherever mutual cooperation will best meet the needs of the above partners, the
companies will continue to produce joint systems and services.

Pekka Soini (47) M.Sc. (Eng.), who has headed the Systems unit since 1 March, 2003, has been appointed CEO of the new Done Logistics Oy from 30 April, 2010, having worked for Done Logistics since 1994.

With effect from the same date, Ari Suominen (47) M.Sc. (Eng.) has been appointed CEO of Done Software Solutions Oy. Ari has led the Logistics Software unit since 22 February, 2002, having also joined Done Logistics Oy in 1994.
